Visit to Clients
From the moment the order is placed until delivery, HJV monitors the entire process. Any eventuality is resolved as quickly as possible.
Any type of communication between the client and the supplier is mediated by HJV so that the entire process is as clear as possible. Since all suppliers are international, any language barriers are eliminated, as all partners in the company are fluent in English, Portuguese and Finnish.

In order to provide personalized service to our customers, we promote visits by representatives of international companies to our customers' factories located in Brazil.
